At ZenRoot, your wellness journey matters most to us. If our teas don’t feel right for you, we’re here to help. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the process and conditions for returning products purchased from our store.
SECTION 1 - 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
SECTION 2 - ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN
To qualify, your tea must:
• Be in the same condition you received it.
• Be unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging.
• Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at support@zenrootonline.com. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
SECTION 4 - DAMAGES & WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon delivery with photos so we can make it right.
SECTION 5 - EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns on:
• Opened or used tea packs.
• Perishable goods (since teas are consumables).
• Custom gift sets or personalized bundles.
• Sale items and gift cards.
SECTION 6 - EXCHANGES
If you’d like a different blend, the quickest way is to return your unopened pack, and once accepted, place a new order for your preferred tea.
SECTION 7 - REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether it has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: your bank or card provider may take extra time to reflect the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@zenrootonline.com.

At ZenRoot, our teas are made to heal gently, sip by sip. If something doesn’t feel right, you can trust we’ll treat your return with the same care as we do our blends.
